I have not seen any setups that come close to the ease of Mail-cow.
If you want an all in one kind of setup and easy to manage this one comes really close:
it is like Office 365 or Google's G-suite in a self hosted open source box that could live anywhere you want it! |

| I have played with mail servers for quite some time going all the way back in the early days of manually configuring Postfix, Dovecot, Sendmail, and Microsoft Exchange to name a few. |

I have my Mail Cow instance serving many different hosts and even running a web front end for an example business, something I played around with before I got my latest job.
