Organization: Agile team of fewer than 50 employees.

Client Base: Managed solutions for a select group of 20 high-value clients, including:

    • Multi-national corporations
    • Major global enterprises
    • Municipalities

Many of these clients serve hundreds to thousands of internal stakeholders, with end-customer bases reaching into the tens of thousands. My responsibilities supported services that ultimately affected large user communities, where reliability, performance, and scalability had significant operational impact.

Client Base: Supported 100's of retail service sites servicing tens of 1000's of clients province wide.

My work played a key role in delivering reliable, secure, and compliant IT services for the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), a Crown Corporation where system uptime and data security are mission-critical. Downtime in this environment carries costs of hundreds of thousands of dollars per hour.
